What is MLRED? What do we offer? How can you benefit?

At MLRED we find real estate deals and the components that help to make up “your deal” i.e. buyers, sellers, tenants etc. 

For example you’ll notice that we have an active list of lease option buyers, a list of motivated sellers and of course we have an investors list with investors from all across the U.S and abroad and from time to time we post real estate projects on our site that you can participate in.

 So what does that mean to you?

Have you ever measured the amount of time it takes to put together your deal? Have you ever actually counted the hours it takes to find sellers or buyers? Probably not because you’re too busy! Have you ever just completed a deal and thought, “okay, I need to start the process and find another deal!” Well…we have, we’ve been there in the trenches like you trying to piece together deals and meet deadlines. Because of that experience we clearly understand what that magical number is. If we were to share with you the average time it takes to put together a deal from start to finish you would probably choose a different career.

At MLRED we are here to provide you with a place to start your deals and carve out wasted time.

Let’s take a look at an example:

1.       Let’s say you’re specialty is flips and you’re in search of a property that you want to get under contract and flip to other investors and or to owner occupied buyers? At MLRED you have all of those components at your finger tips.

a.       We have a list of projects that you can jump in on and flip out to your own list.

b.      We have our sellers list where you can find a seller that meets your requirements.

c.       Our buyers list where you can find buyers.

d.      And of course our investors list to promote your own flips.

With that at your fingertips you can start piecing together your own deal today, you have everything outside of your own negotiating skills and financing to put together your own deal! We try to be a one stop shop for investors whether you’re large or small. Let me also say that this isn’t buy any means exclusive to investors or those of you who flip, the average home buyer can take advantage of this as well.

We are not real estate agents, we are not mortgage brokers and “yes” we do invest from time to time but it is not our main source of income…by any means.  However, because we are investors, we clearly understand your world and know exactly what you’re in search of. We know that putting together a deal isn’t as easy as the pros make it sound, buyers and sellers get emotional, lenders become difficult, agents can mess things up and often times very strange items tend to crop up just before closing…we know…we’ve been there.

We do not and cannot guarantee the success of your investment, your flip and or the validity of anyone on our list. In any real estate deal there is always a lot of, should we say…talk, then the contract is written and it’s time for the rubber to meet the road…that is not our responsibility, this is YOUR deal…not ours. Our name is not on the contract thus we are not responsible for the outcome of your deal. In ANY real estate deal you should always do your due diligence, involve legal assistance if necessary and of course check out anyone that you are working with. We do provide background checks for a fee if you feel you need one, let me say that we have learned the hard way ourselves and background checks are now a line item in any deal we do and recommend that you do as well.

Having said that why would you come to this site? Regardless of the complex items that can creep into a deal we are very positive about real estate as a business and YES, anyone can do this.
